Welcome to my blog! My name is Kira Whiting, and I am a Collaborative Pianist in Portland, OR. My freelance lifestyle leads me to work with students at Lewis & Clark College, Portland State University, University of Portland and local private vocal and instrumental studios, as well as being on staff at the Community Music Center in SE PDX, performing outreach concerts with the young artists and chorus members of the Portland Opera, subbing with the Aurora Women's Chorus and Portland Gay Men's Chorus, and maintaining my own private studio in NW PDX.
